My classes are small, intimate and friendly to allow me to focus on you, your goals and to make the most of your abilities.

Fit Stretch
Aiming to strengthen your body and core, increase flexibility and balance your mind. It is a class for all abilities.

Weights
This class will allow you to learn the correct techniques for weight bearing exercises. Using hand weights you will activate your muscles and in turn stimulate bone growth and strength which is essential in avoiding osteoporosis and other bone related diseases and injuries. This is a class for all abilities.
